Corrections

We do not erase. We add.

When ArkBM gets something wrong, the fix is public: a new version, numbered, with the old one kept in view.

How a correction works

  1. A correction creates a new version with an exact version number.
  2. The new version takes the lead.
  3. The older version stays visible and is marked as replaced.
  4. The Record shows what changed, why, and what the change replaced.

Nothing important disappears.

Caution stays visible

Work that is in tension, aging, or replaced carries a visible label: Conflicting, Stale, or Superseded. Labels are not removed to make work look cleaner than it is. The full label list is on the method page.

Where to see corrections

Corrections are published in The Record, the public history of what changed and why, and each published object carries its own visible revision history on the Desk.

How to report an error

Honestly: there is no inbox for error reports yet. Email at ArkBM currently does one job — delivering Desk codes.

A direct way to send us an error report is coming, and it will be published on this page when it is real. Until then, corrections come from our own checks and reviews, and every one of them is published in The Record.
