Method
How ArkBM prepares intelligence.
ArkBM is an advisory institution. It covers the business side of the world and prepares it as decision-ready work: what changed, what it may mean, and what deserves attention.
AI prepares. You decide.
The Arsenal is the system that knows what to bring to bear on a business when it matters. It does the preparation. It never makes the decision. Work moves through four stages before it reaches anyone:
- Prepare. The Arsenal gathers sources, structures the evidence, and translates it into business meaning.
- Challenge. Fixed rules test the work: source checks, contradiction checks, privacy checks, and plain-language checks.
- Review. Publication requires a recorded, approved review. Work checked by a person is labeled Human checked; locally seeded records are labeled Source checked until a person has reviewed them. The accountable role is the ArkBM reviewer, and the review is recorded with the work itself.
- Decide. ArkBM prepares, notices, qualifies, challenges, tracks, and learns; the owner decides.
Reviewed work carries that boundary in writing: ArkBM prepares and reviews the evidence; the business owner decides whether and how to act.
Every statement shows its sources.
Published intelligence carries a source receipt: who published each source, when it was published, when we last checked it, and whether it is still current.
Claims carry their limits. Where we do not know something, the work says so. Quiet is a valid answer; we do not fill silence with invented findings.
Labels say what kind of knowing is in use.
Every published object carries method labels. They tell you whether something was observed, reported, confirmed, inferred, modeled, estimated, or reviewed, and they flag work that is conflicting, stale, or superseded. These are all ten labels ArkBM can apply, with the boundary each one keeps:
