What ArkBM is

ArkBM is an advisory institution. It covers the business side of the world — the rules, prices, and conditions changing around a business — and prepares that as decision-ready work: evidence, context, and qualified views a business owner can act on or set aside.

What ArkBM is not

• ArkBM is not legal, tax, investment, accounting, or insurance advice. For regulated questions, talk to a licensed professional.
• A Position is ArkBM's qualified current view. It is not a green light, a forecast of success, or a decision made on your behalf.
• ArkBM does not predict success and does not decide for you. AI prepares. You decide.

The free Desk and membership

• The public Desk is free, and it is complete. Membership does not buy better facts; shared facts are the same for everyone.
• Membership is intended to be approximately $27 per business per year, annual only. No payment flow is live yet; exact checkout terms still need approval.
• Membership pays for keeping things: your saved Desk, your business context, your Decisions, and your watches.

What we ask of you

• Place business context that is true, and keep your Desk code to yourself.
• Treat published work as preparation for your judgment, not as a substitute for professional advice.
• Do not use the Desk to harm, deceive, or break the law.

Responsibility

ArkBM stands behind its method: sources are shown, reviews are recorded, and corrections are public. Business outcomes belong to the business; ArkBM does not accept liability for the Decisions you make.
